Dr Aubrey studied at Sheffield. He obtained a 1st Class Honours Degree before undertaking a 3-year doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
Dr Aubrey works both in the NHS and private practice. He offers psychological therapy and counselling to adults experiencing emotional, psychological and interpersonal problems. He has close links with Leeds University and supervises postgraduates undertaking the Clinical Psychology doctoral course. He is also currently Secretary of the United Kingdom Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (UKEDT).
Most importantly, the treatments that Dr Aubrey provides meet Department of Health Guidelines for clinical effectiveness.
